Late last week, my friend & I just mentioned that the green birdnest is a very tough SPS. Then on Sat, 50% went RTN!!!

I frag, but by Sunday, even the frags died.

15 minutes ago, I noticed that one of my brown gorgan that has been with me for 2 years gone RTN also!!! 40% of its "branches" melted away!!!

Another SPS next to it seems to show early signs of RTN also.

Besides these 3, ALL other corals are expanding, and seems as if everything is OK.

What should I do??!!!

first...frag out what ever u can. u might have a chance to save then.

next, list out your water parameters and see what might have gone wrong

Tested my water parameters. Ca, Mg, KH is quite stable for last few weeks. NO2, NO3, PO4 = 0.

I did re-scape, add an additional light, and change water flow over the weekend. However, my gorgonian (the one that looks like a tree) has been through many many environmental changes over the past 2 years without any issues.

Well observe closely, and frag when battle is almost lost. Sigh ...

are the sps located near the middle. cos from the way it looks my guess is due to the lack of flow. considering u are using 2 seio 1500 for a 5ft

Actually, I just upgraded to 2 x Tunze 6200 + multi-controller. Turned off my 2 x seio 1500 for now, but looks like the flow from the Tunzes are not strong enough. Still trying to figure out what is the best flow for my tank.
