Have anyone try using this Korallen Zucht NEW Reefers Best Salt ?
what is the salt mix.. after mixing kh,ca,mg lev? thanx.gif

Bought the first shipment to complement my Zeovit system and the first mix stayed cloudy for days and the KH was over the roof. Use with caution. Expensive does not mean best. Need to use soda water (carbonated water) to bring down the KH. Simple chemistry: need the CO2 to bring down the KH.

Go read up in Zeovit.Com to gather more feedback. Many Zeovit users encountering problems after using it.

I still have half bucket. You want, sell you super cheap.....$20 for you to try.

though high kh is ok (if ur tank kh is low like mine.. using salt mix that have high kh will help to bring the kh up?

You got it all wrong. You cannot counter KH by just changing water unless you going to do water change every other day. Only way to arrest KH/Ca depletion is via dosing 2 part solution or using a CR/Kalk. One secret to successful reef keeping is stable parameters. If your KH keep moving up and down, your corals will not last long.

High KH is how high? 15? Any idea NSW's KH value?

k.. my kh is now 7.8
i am actually dosing seachem reef builder .. i and using 8teaspoon daily for my 600l tank.. to maintain it at 7.8-8... and dosing 6table spoon of ca flake 3day onces to maintain ca level at 420-430.. is there any better soultion than a cr like better products or better way?
