My clown fish is taking the clam as its home (anemone), is this ok? Anemone fish give off slime right? will it be toxin to the clam?

I assume that the anemone fish refers to the clown... no, there would be no toxins from th clown that would kill the clam but rather the constant irritation from the clown to the clam... if the clam is okay with the rubbing from the clown den I'd say its gonna be a pair!
