my tank was full of flatworm last week....bought a bottle of flatworm exits from salifert. turn off skimmer, ozone and carbon, dose half a bottle of it base on the instructions given.. within 10min , dead flatworm starts to float in the tank.... wait for about half an hour , turn on skimmer, ozone and FR with new active carbon...nothing was lost in the process.
Please remember to standby large amount of active carbon as flatworm will produce toxin when they died.

Freshwater dip is the best solution to get rid of flat worms for that piece of yuma otherwise use medications like Salifert Flatworm exit since it is very troublesome on your part to give the yuma a freshwater dip.
Just remember to net as much as possible those dead flatworms and also like what Reefer kouz mentioned to have enough GAC on hand to remove any toxic.
After treatment then it is best to do at least 25% of water change.

Alternative method for your consideration. I found lots of Flatworm from my recent purchase as well and what i did was just to shake them violently in a tub of sea water. They will just come off since they don't have a good grib IMO. Some pcs need to do it a few times before the flatworms are all gone. I did try another way was to let them open up big in the tub and aim high flow at the flatworms.
Good luck
