To all SPS Reefers

I am attaching a link to an interesting article on the abovementioned subject that teaches us on the methodologies of maintaining a low-nutrient aquarium without giving up on most of the fishes you currently have, i.e., you can have your cake & you can eat it too!

Hi Greenmariner,

Thanks for sharing the article with us. This is one of the best articles I have seen so far that explains how the Probiotic Method helps to sustain a Low Nutrient System. I am a true believer of LNS because I have personally seen good results in my aquarium. I have recently started a new tank and I am using the Probiotic Method. It's only 5 weeks old but I can already see the corals and fishes doing very well. In fact, I have just added a few pieces of SPS corals and I am really surprised they are all surviving well so far. I hope to start a new thread soon to share my experience with everyone.

Happy Reefing!

My tank had been problematic since I moved house and reset. I must say Prodibio Bioclean (Biodigest + Biotim combo) helped to re-stabilize my tank. Recently, Henry's Probio enriched frozen food seems to have further helped as well. Strange...used to believe that frozen food will foul the water. Not only is the tank stable, colour of corals also seemed to have enhanced.
