Bought this colony 2 months back. Tips starting to colour up.

Problem is i spotted this hole in the colony two days ago. Seems like there is a worm staying inside and causing the circled area to slime.

Anyone knows what it is?

Its quite small so hard to capture on camera....

Need to kill it?
