Diffucult to pin point the exact reason ... parameter please...and whats ur flow making arrangement. ?? for now please gently snip off those brown tips... the milli should recover in a short time...millis are one of the hardier SPS.... i highly doubt strong flow is the reason (no offence devil)

More likely to be a flow problem, the axial-corallite of SPS corals are very delicate and can be much more prone to having its tissue torn off by flow than its body covered by polyps. 
In few cases, the tips are burnt, is the coral place very high up?

yup, 3/4 of the tank level.
with 2 x 250 12kk reeflux lumenarc reflector..
another green mili looks like its having the same prob.. bit very minor.
the other colours like pink are doing juz fine.

Increase your KH. Your test kit might not be accurate.
Long term shortage of KH will cause burn tips especially to those area slightly low in flow
FYI, my salifert test kit reading was 10 but lamotte kit gives me 8.
Imagine what happen when i keep at 8-9 before discovering the difference
Old picture of burn tips. Now, it is almost fully recovered. (Just boost up KH)

so to be safe.. kh 10 is better?
