Due to a careless mistake, i overdose the entire 3.8L of CA and kH solution. But fortunately over a few days my kh dropped back to normal range. but my montis suddenly turned white n have those brownish algae covering their tips. is this the so-called alkalinity burn?

anyway to recover them?

Yes, most probably burnt from the increased KH, once KH goes above 14dkh, alkalinity burns can be very likely, moreover montis generally have very thin tissues... smile.gif
