I've kept warties before and have successfully seen them laying eggs and hatching but no survival as I didn't take out the fries.
To breed, hatched and grow the fries, you must have a species tank with good water circulation yet having a calm water movement. Like those freshwater tank that are for breeding shrimps. Full of plants and wood with calm water movement that type.
Think it's abt the same for frogies. But instead of plants, you'll need rocks, sponges, some small marine plants etc.
