yes they do ... i once show my larger froggie ate a new purchase small warty ... hard damned pain

Yes they do!! I saw with my own eyes about a year back at AquaMarin, there was this man - one of the workers, feeding the frogfish with guppies. So they threw the first guppy into a tank with 2 frogfish, one bigger, one smaller. The smaller one got the guppy first. As the worker is throwing in the second guppy for the bigger frogfish, the bigger frogfish took one swipe and the we saw the smaller frogfish got swallowed by the bigger one and in 2 glups, everything went into its mouth and the "lucky" guppy is still swimming. Both me and the worker is left with our mouths open wide. The bigger frogfish just had a very expensive meal.
