just a pure red lobo, and a elegance that is leftover of earlier shipment. light also not ready yet so just go there look at the fish shipment but the shipment was very small for fishes.

Adequate lights and dosing of phytoplankton would help.... best if you target feed the phytoplankton in a small syringe and squirt it near your maxi... smile.gif

Thanks for the reply...

Anyone here try to super glue or epoxy the baby maxi to a piece or rock? I tried placing it on a small piece of rock but then it keeps "jumping" away....

Side track a bit, do we need to place a piece of live rock underneath the gigas for it to be attached? Dunno y till now it it still not opening up.... cry.gif

last time i kept clams.... used at least 150watts mh, my clams did not open and colour up when using t5s, after mh, all show better signs and growth.

u can tried bro fuel's method, take a mineral water bottle cut both ends.... then then place the mineral bottle over the clam and add some phyto.... the phtyo be contain in the container with the clam for a while..... this ensure the clam get enough feeding.... smile.gif

Some of the clams were real stressed due to the delay in the shipment... give it some time and dun keep shifting it, only adds to its stress... wink.gif

I think i should have enough lights for the clams as i got 2 crocea doing quite ok and colouring up quite well. And please correct me if i am wrong, crocea needs the most light as compared to the other clams right?

Just superglue the baby maxi to the rock after it "jumped" for at 10th time today. laugh.gif Finally can keep my hands dry....

Gigas still not looking too good till now..... cry.gif
