Are they good or bad?
If bad, any way to eliminate them or any fish that feed on snail?

All bros,

Some wrasses hawkfishes make a meal of small snails... but do you have a pic? They may not be bad...

Agreed! Not all snails are bad... you either had a big bonus, or a big problem...
