Yup,vinegar.the cheapest way.tried last two day ago.injecting direct in a hole where the aiptasia hanging.didn't come out till today.maybe die already.Tot of injecting the vinegar to every holes in 1 time but worry might coz side effect to the corals and LS.

Vinegar is acidic, it may alter your pH or lower your kH if not careful, I personally will go for kalk paste if i were you.
As for vinegar, i use it to melt away coralines algae and calcium deposit from my pumps during annual maintenance.

Yup... dunno where you got the idea but I wouldn't recommend it... vinegar is acidic and can cause a major disruption to your water parameters.... killing the aitapsia can kill your tank too!! Why not just try Joe's Juice since its pretty affordable?

heng ah...
1.remove the LR from the main tank
2. kill the aiptasia by injeting vinegar into the holes and leave for awhile
3. wash the LR with salt water
4.lastly LR return back to main tank.
Harlequin sell joe juice?
