Hand Bitten By this? Can any 1 identify?

Hi can any 1 help me to identify what is this as my hand was bitten by this while i was arranging some coral in the tank. It was sucking blood from my hand for a while before I knew it. It left a tiny hole on my hand after tat. Is it going to harm my corals and fish? Please kindly advise.

Dat's an Isopod... yes it can attack the fishes and in some instances kill a fish....
