This is normally due to ammonia poisoning and they exhibit symptoms like lost of appetite, red streaks on the fins n body, etc.

To remedy this you got to change water at least 25% to 50% and lower pH to below 7.0. Stop feeding and change the water daily other than ensuring Ammonia is undectable.

Good luck. wink.gif

how long have you been keeping the fish dude ?
Also, there seems to be some HLLE on the right side of the fish just below the eye.
which is mainly nutritional deficiencies.
Most prob. regular water change n veggie diet would help.

When I got the fish, the top fin was worst than that. Or should I say almost no fin. Guess it had a big fight. After 2 month plus it start to grow back. It has been feeding well. Will check the ammonia level again as I just change the water.... about 20%. Seems like the condition is getting worst. But it is still feeding. Will continue to monitor.
