Here are some pics of the Reef Shark Aquarium in Mandalay Bay Resort Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The GPS coordinates for the entrance to Mandalay Bay Resort Hotal, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA is listed below but u will have to follow the internal signages to get to the Reef Shark entrance.
N 36°5.568’ E 11°10.458’


At the hotel main entrance, if u turn left towards the reception area, there is a huge 12,200 Gallon FOWLR tank.

The lobby tank holds angels, tangs, bannerfishes, and other reef fishes including non native US species.

It felt like a kilometer walk from the lobby to the Shark Reef entrance. Then again all Las Vegas hotels are huge and built like a maze to keep u from escaping to the outside..hehe

It costs about US$16 to get in. The Reef Shark at Mandalay Bay opens from 10am to 10pm everyday

Like most Public Aquariums, the exhibits start with the fresh water exhibits. It work its way from the lakes, to the rivers, to the estuaries, to the shoreline and then to the reef and the deep water marine exhibits.

The Reef Shark at Mandalay Bay specializes in Aquatic Predators. The first exhibit were crocodiles.
