I gotta be honest that I do get carried away myself and am a guilty party of propagating too much idle banter! This is after all a common sight in all online discussion forums.
However, as the forum grows, and while its fun to just idle away chatting with our reefing friends online, it's time we remind ourselves to try as far as possible not to digress too much from the actual topic, this is to ensure that forum members/users would be able to find the information they need easily instead of going through page after page of casual chatting....
As such, from this moment, all idle banter posted in the "LFS Weekly Update Threads" would be removed immediately by the Moderating Team once they are spotted. If you find your post missing here, it might be because it's off-topic.
We would also be monitoring other threads for its progress. We're not gonna clamp down on all chit-chatting as I find that would kill the fun but let's all help remind one another from time to time if the discussion does digress too far from its main topic, else it can be pretty frustrating for the threadstarter or any users looking for information or wanting to read the thread... Let's all make it a better place for sharing and learning...
