Mildly Disturbed Reefer!

I seem to be having a population explosion of these snail like things after i gave up my wrasse. Can anyone tell me if i need to eliminate them

Hi,
I seem to have alot of this snails too for a long time, they don't seem to be doing any harm but would like to know if they are truly harmless or not.
Asked henry about this before and he said that smooth snail shell probably not a problem but he couldn't be sure until i had shown him a pic of it
