Hi all bros, just curious what you guys feed your sps with? Or just let them receive whatever that is in the water from those fish food and light from photosynthesis. Thanks

You can try this new food which I had been feeding to my SPS for the past 1.5 months from RD.

It is from Marc Weiss called SPS coral grow. It seem like a stimulant or such which encourage the SPS to feed more naturally.

I had noticed very good polyp extensions after using this food with Pohl's Coral Snow as well.
Previously, i can hardly see the extension due to water quality. Now the polyps seem to be always out and even more when the lights are off.

Note: I had a very high nutrient tank. More than 30+ fishes and feeding a lot which is bad for SPS. blush.gif

Thanks all bros for the reply. I do a little cyclopeeze every nite but wonder do they able to take it in. Fish poo?? haha as i have only few tiny chromis and anthias. New introduction will be the frozen phytoplanton (the green one in a small bottle) but do take note not to feed too much. Will try the marc weiss if i can get one. Thanks once again.

Started to feed oyster egg and live rotifer about 3 weeks back. Once a week for each type. Still too early to tell any major difference in the SPS. I do see some better polyp extension on the deep water acros....but that could just be me seeing what I want to see.. laugh.gif laugh.gif
